Payment Information

DFW Implant Team is not in contract with any third party insurance company. Our staff is available to speak with you about your dental benefits, and how our services will be billed. We will gladly complete a pre-determination of your dental insurance benefits prior to proceeding with treatment, so that you are better informed of what services will be covered.

Our Insurance Coordinators communicate with many different insurance companies on a daily basis because insurance providers can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles anytime throughout the year. We ask that you please keep us updated with any changes in your insurance. Our Insurance Coordinator will happily file a claim on your behalf for the treatment you need for optimal health.
